*Note: The maximum capacity for each room has changed as a countermeasure to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Please ask at the front desk for more information.
Please Note
In the case of a room being rented for the purposes of advertising a business, engaging in sales, etc., the cost for use will be set at 300% of the regular amount.
In the case of extending your use of the room beyond the hour requested, the cost for each additional hour will be set at 120% of the regular amount.
Reservations can be made for the following times:
Tuesday-Friday: 9am-8pm
Saturday, Sunday, holidays: 9am-5pm
Use of Other Locations
Besides the conference rooms and such listed above, the following establishments are available for use free of charge.
- Stage: available for use for up to 6 days
- Gallery: available for use for up to 3 weeks
- Bulletin pillar: available for use for up to 3 months
