Triage Outpatient Clinic Information
In cooperation with the Soma County Medical Association, the city opened a temporary medical office (triage outpatient clinic for those with symptoms such as fever in the general hospital) on the premises of the Minamisoma municipal general hospital from April 14 (Tuesday).

Those of high school age or older who are living within Minamisoma, Iitate, or Namie, or are employed at an office, etc., within Minamisoma, and have a fever
You must make a reservation over the phone beforehand.
If you have a personal physician, please call and consult with them before making an appointment at the triage outpatient clinic.

[NOTE] The parking lot and office locations are located in the ER outpatient care parking lot (south side parking lot of the Cerebral Hemorrhage Center).
[NOTE] Please wait in your car until your number is called. (If you don’t have a car, you can use the temporary medical office waiting room.)
[NOTE] When you come to the hospital, please wear a mask. Also bring your health insurance card, medicine booklet, and Co-Payment Exemption Certificate to the receptionist.
