Guide to Using the Accounting Division Counter
Public funds such as city taxes are handled not only by financial institutions but also by the accounting division of city hall.
When paying, please be sure to bring the payment notice (Nounyuu Tsuuchisho/納入通知書) issued by Minamisoma City.

(Excluding weekends, holidays, and New Year’s holidays)
Please be sure to complete subsidies and refunds within the above time frames.

Weekdays from 8:30am to 9:00am, 12:00pm to 1:00pm, and 3:00pm to 5:15pm
(Excluding weekends, holidays, and New Year’s holidays)
Subsidies and refunds cannot be received at the counter.
Accounting Division Counter Payment Services
- City taxes (city prefectural tax, corporate municipal tax, property tax, national health insurance tax, light vehicle tax)
- Long-term care insurance premiums
- Medical insurance premiums for the elderly
- Water and sewage charges
- Municipal housing usage fees
- Childcare fees/kindergarten tuition fees
- Scholarship grant repayments
- Contributions by beneficiaries of sewer development
- Contributions by beneficiaries of agricultural village drainage projects
- Simple water usage fees
- Other payment slips issued by Minamisoma City
Payment Services Unavailable at the Accounting Division Counter
- National pension insurance premiums
- National taxes (income tax, etc.)
- Prefectural taxes (automobile tax, etc.)
- Utility fees for electricity, gas, telephone, etc.
Requests for Payment Services at the Counter
Based on payment handling at the designated financial institution window (77 Bank), we ask that you fill out the "Tax / Utility Fee Payment Form" (Zeikin・Koukyou Ryoukin-nado Nyuukinhyou/税金・公共料金等入金票) when paying taxes or bills.

Other
The Accounting Division Counter and the 77 Bank Haramachi Branch Office window can only handle public funds such as city taxes, and cannot handle other banking operations such as cash exchange, withdrawals, and transfers. If you would like use such services, please use a financial institution in the city.
Odaka and Kashima Ward Office General Civic Service Division Counter
During the weekdays, the counter at the General Civic Service Division can handle public funds.
(NOTE) The contents of what can be handled are the same as the Accounting Division. Only payments of public funds such as city taxes will be handled.

About Receiving Subsidies and Refunds at the Counter
If you have no choice but to claim a subsidy or refund at the counter, please do the following.

In addition, from April 1, 2013, we will verify your identity when you come to receive refunds at the counter, so please be sure to bring the following documents etc.
