How to Use Fixed-Rate Taxi Minataku

We provide a flat-rate taxi service called Minataku to support the lives of citizens who do not drive cars and people in areas where transportation such as buses are difficult to use.

Minataku is a registration-based service that charges a fixed taxi fare between your home and stops within the ward.

For those who are a registered resident in Minamisoma, you can apply by mail or at the counter at city hall.

When you apply, you will receive a "Minataku User Card" in about a week.

Please show this card when you use the taxi.

The designated location to get on/off will be the facilities within the ward shown on the maps in the links listed below and one facility added by the user.

Depending on your address, you can take a taxi for 600 yen or 900 yen.

Since the fee is fixed in advance, it is recommended to use the service with friends, etc., to split the cost.

1. Call a taxi to your home
2. When boarding, present your user card
3. Pay the specified flat rate when getting off
4. When you are returning, board the taxi from your designated stop
5. When boarding, present your user card

Mondays ~ Saturdays (excluding holidays) 7:00am to 7:00pm

(Based on the time of boarding)

This service can be used by those living in Haramachi or Kashima. It can be used only for moving within each ward. Please select your area.

You can apply by mail or at the counter of city hall after filling out the required items on the flat-rate taxi user registration application form.
