Facility Usage Fee Exemption for Those with Disabilities

Usage fees are exempted for those with disabilities using the city’s sports facilities.

All sports facilities within Minamisoma (excluding the Minamisoma Horse Riding Field)

Those who possess a physical disability certificate, a rehabilitation certificate, a mental illness certificate.

1 caretaker can also qualify for fee exemption when accompanying those with a “Level 1” certificate.

(Note) You must present your certificate at the time of use. Those who do not present their certificate do not qualify for exemption.

Those who possess a physical disability certificate, a rehabilitation certificate, a mental illness certificate must make up at least half of the group.

However, you will not qualify for exemption if using the sports facility for commercial or business-related purposes.
