Facility Usage Fees

Costs may be reduced or waived if the facilities are used by a group such as a city youth sports club, a city PTA board, or for school club activities.

Use is free (exemption) for those who have a physical disability certificate, a mental disability certificate, or a mental disability health and welfare certificate.

If you do not present your disabilities certificate at the time of use, you will not be able to receive the cost exemption.
Reservations will not be free if made for commercial purposes or if those who qualify for the disabilities exemption do not make up at least half of the reserving party.
Those caring for people with a level 1 certificate for physical disabilities or for education and support of disabled children, or a rank 1 certificate for mental disability health and welfare certificate can use the facility for free as well (limited to 1 helper per person).

*“Minamisoma resident” refers to the user living in or working/commuting to school within Minamisoma. “Non-Minamisoma resident” refers to anyone outside these parameters.

*Cost for use of the facility will be rounded up to the nearest hour.
