Financial Aid for At-Home Childcare
In order to create a diverse child-raising environment in Minamisoma, the city is issuing financial aid for at-home childcare to parents/guardians who raise their child who is under 3 years old at home rather than placing them in a preschool or other childcare facility. Notifications are sent out twice a year during the aid issuance periods to those who are anticipated to qualify for aid.
