In the city, at the consumer affairs consultations, we respond to various consumer affairs such as troubles with door-to-door salesmen and fictitious billing, identity fraud, damage caused by malicious business law, complaints of product accidents, etc., and provide information and advice for solutions.

For a consultation regarding product purchases, please prepare information regarding the situation at the time of purchase (purchase by door-to-door salesmen, etc.), contract date, product name, amount, retailer, contract, etc.

In addition to introducing counseling sessions with lawyers regarding multiple debts and complex legal issues, we work with the Prefectural Consumer Affairs Center and the National Consumer Affairs Center of Japan to resolve the causes of product accidents.

Depending on the contents of the consultation, we may introduce a more appropriate institution.

Businesses are not eligible for consumer affairs consultations.
