In addition to introducing counseling sessions with lawyers regarding multiple debts and complex legal issues, we work with the Prefectural Consumer Affairs Center and the National Consumer Affairs Center of Japan to resolve the causes of product accidents.
Depending on the contents of the consultation, we may introduce a more appropriate institution.

Businesses are not eligible for consumer affairs consultations.
