In the city, at the consumer affairs consultations, we respond to various consumer affairs such as troubles with door-to-door salesmen and fictitious billing, identity fraud, damage caused by malicious business law, complaints of product accidents, etc., and provide information and advice for solutions.

About Cooperation with Other Institutions

In addition to introducing counseling sessions with lawyers regarding multiple debts and complex legal issues, we work with the Prefectural Consumer Affairs Center and the National Consumer Affairs Center of Japan to resolve the causes of product accidents.

Depending on the contents of the consultation, we may introduce a more appropriate institution.

For Businesses

Businesses are not eligible for consumer affairs consultations.
