4/28 Spring Horse Races
This year marks the 81st Soma Nomaoi Promotional Spring Horse Races! On the day of the festival you can expect some road closures around the festival site, but otherwise traffic should be as normal.
Date and time: 4/28 (Sun) from 9am to 3pm (in case of heavy rain the event will be postponed until 4/29)
Location: Hibarigahara Fields
