Points of Note

Those who are junior high school students or younger, or possess a disability certificate, do not need an entrance ticket to enter the festival grounds. However, they will need a ticket if using one of the designated seating tickets.
Tickets will not be refunded if an event is cancelled due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances.
Reselling tickets is prohibited.
Entrance into the festival grounds without a ticket is prohibited.
