Regional Comprehensive Support Center

The Regional Comprehensive Support Center was established by the city as a general consultation center for elderly persons.

Our specialty is providing comprehensive support with a team of chief care managers, public health nurses, and social workers so that the elderly can continue to live in a familiar area with peace of mind.

This center has 4 locations within the city, and its operation is outsourced to the Minamisoma City Council of Social Welfare and the Minamisoma Welfare Association.

If elderly persons (aged 65 and older) or those with specific illnesses (aged 40 and older) have concerns or worries, please feel free to use your designated regional comprehensive support center.

Please feel free to consult with us about anything—from concerns to consultations about nursing care, to welfare and healthcare.

We protect your various rights so that you can continue to live with peace of mind.

We detect abuse at an early stage and respond with an introduction of the adult guardianship system.

We create and coordinate networks with various institutions to make the area comfortable to live in.

For the purpose of nursing care prevention and daily life support, we provide necessary support so that appropriate projects can be comprehensively and efficiently implemented based on one's own choice according to their physical and mental conditions.
