From March 2^nd, 2021, we will change the usage of the Health and Welfare Center.

<Changed Contents>

・ Reopening of karaoke facilities and karaoke salons sponsored by designated managers

・ Reopening of free rest area

(NOTE) There may be changes in facility usage depending on the state of COVID-19.

・ Please cooperate with temperature measurements at the time of admission.

・ To prevent the spread of COVID-19, please cooperate in disinfecting hands and equipment and avoiding the three C’s (closed spaces, crowded places, and close-contact settings).

・ Please wear a mask when chatting in rest areas.

Usage is as follows.

Usage time will be limited to within 1 hour per person within the usage hours listed below. Reservations are not necessary.

<Bathing Room Hours>

10:00am to 4:00pm – last entry at 3:30pm

<Training Room Hours>

Morning Hours: 9:00am to 12:00pm – last entry at 11:30am

Afternoon Hours: 1:30pm to 5:00pm – last entry at 4:30pm

• Up to 10 people can use the training room at the same time.
• Please fill out the checklist at reception prior to using the training rooms.

(NOTE) You may have to wait until there is a vacancy if it is crowded, so it is recommended to check the usage status by phone in advance.

• A reservation is required in advance.
• Rental rooms may be used after taking COVID-19 preventative measures such as preventing the three C’s and using proper disinfection methods, etc. Please contact us for details.

・ As a general rule, karaoke facilities can only be used by health karaoke salons sponsored by designated managers and groups using rental rooms. (Not for personal use)

・ When using the service, it is essential to comply with the COVID-19 preventative measures designated by the designated administrator. Please contact us for details.

<Health Karaoke Salons>

Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 1:00pm to 3:00pm (up to 8 people at a time)

Fee: 200 yen per person

(NOTE) You must wear a face shield and/or a mask in order to use the facility.

The Minamisoma City Health and Welfare Center (nickname: Yuratto) was established as a facility that can be easily used by a wide range of generations from young people to the elderly while inheriting the functions of the Haramachi Welfare Center for the Elderly.

In addition to setting up a new training room for the purpose of improving health, we are also equipped with health equipment (massage machines, etc.) and karaoke, so by all means feel free to stop by.

The Haramachi Elderly Welfare Center, located in Kitamachi, Haramachi-ku, was abolished on March 31st, 2020.

9:00am to 5:00pm (bath hours from 10:00am to 4:00pm)

Every Monday (If Monday is a national holiday, the nearest weekday after that day will be closed instead), and from December 28th to January 3^rd.

(NOTE) The facility may be subject to temporary closures.

• “Others” refers to those under the age of 60 in the city and those who do not have an address in the city.
• The use of the training room is for junior high school students and above.
• One of the Japanese-style rooms has an electric furnace for tea ceremonies.

<For those who have a disability certificate>

• The training room and bathing room are free of charge for those who have a physical disability certificate, rehabilitation certificate, or mental disability certificate.
• The basic facility fee will be free if more than half of the users have disabilities and are exempt. However, it is not free when used for commercial or business purposes.
• If you do not provide the disability certificate when using the service, you will not be exempted.
• Only one companion who cares for the person with the following disability certificate is free of charge. [Physical disability certificate level 1, rehabilitation certificate type level 1, mentally handicapped person health and welfare certificate with disability grade 1]
