Mutual Aid System for People with Disabilities
A system in which a guardian who cares for a person with a disability pays a certain premium amount, which is then used to provide a fixed amount of pension to the person with disabilities for the duration of their whole life in the unlikely event of something happening to the guardian.
This system is for persons with mental or physical disabilities.
