Purchase and Repair of Prostheses
Depending on the type of disability, you can purchase and repair prostheses to improve functions in your daily life, work, and school.
Self-payment for purchase or repair will be around 10% of the total cost. The maximum monthly burden is set according to the income situation of the household, but tax-exempt households do not have to pay the self-payment fee.
However, for those who are eligible for long-term care insurance, the long-term care insurance system will be given priority depending on the kind of the prosthetic device.
