Disability Welfare Services

更新日:2020年11月09日

There are many kinds of welfare services available to use with the goal of supporting and encouraging the independence of persons with disabilities.

The types of support, training, medical care, payments, etc., that can be received will be determined by the Disability Level Classification Examination Committee. Then you can select the services you wish to use. After making a contract with the appointed business, you can begin to use the services.

When using the services, the applicant, or user, will bear part of the cost (10%).

(Although the maximum taxable amount is set depending on the taxation status of the household, the user's burden for tax-exempt households is free.)

  • Those who have a Physical Disability Certificate.
  • Those with a Rehabilitation Certificate, or those who have been judged to have an intellectual disability.
