Medical Treatment Materials Subsidy

(NOTE) Delivery of medical treatment materials subsidy vouchers (3,000 yen per month)

We will issue vouchers for purchasing disposable diapers, etc., to homebound people with severe disabilities who meet all of the following conditions.

• Persons with the Physical Disability Certificate Level 1 or 2 (or those with similar disabilities).
• People under the age of 65 who have lower limbs or lower body functioning disorders.
• Those who have a sensory disability, bladder dysfunction, rectal dysfunction, etc., and need medical treatment for treatment of/prevention of urinary tract infection, cystitis, excretion disorder, etc.
