How to Post a Photo to the #Minaphoto Library

Minamisoma is currently looking for photographs to publish in its #Minaphoto library. If you post your photos to Instagram with the hashtags 「#みなフォト」and「＃南相馬市」, your photo could be posted on the city’s homepage for everyone to see! Let us take photographs and share the unique charm of Minamisoma together!

(Note) Hashtags are tags used to categorize posts on SNS. Enter any keyword after the hash mark "#".

Just submit a photo to Instagram with the hashtags 「＃みなフォト」and「＃南相馬市」.

1. Submitted photos will be posted on the city website after verification by the city. We do not guarantee that all submitted photos will be published.
2. Submitted photos will only be used in the #Minaphoto Library. It will not be used in Minamisoma City's other media without permission.
3. Submitted photos must be taken by the poster himself/herself in Minamisoma City.
4. Anyone over the age of 15 can submit photos (non-citizens can also submit photos). However, if you are under 15 years of age, please obtain the consent of your guardian before posting.
5. Submitted photos must not contain any personal information (anything that can identify an individual, such as name or address).
6. If a posted photo contains content that violates the rights of a third party, such as portrait rights, privacy rights, or intellectual property rights, please be sure to obtain permission from all rights holders before posting.
7. The poster guarantees to Minamisoma City that he or she has the legal right to post the content and that the posted article does not infringe on any rights of third parties. Minamisoma City will not be held responsible if any infringement of rights is discovered.
8. Submitted photos must not have been synthesized or processed. (Trimming and minor adjustments to color tone, brightness, sharpness, etc. are acceptable)

When posting a photo, the following acts are prohibited.

1. Acts that violate the terms of use or interfere with the operation of this photo library.
2. Acts that cause disadvantage or damage to a third party or the City, or acts that are likely to do so.
3. Acts that violate public order and morals, or acts that are likely to violate public order and morals.
4. Criminal acts, acts that lead to criminal acts, or acts that are likely to lead to criminal acts.
5. Acts for the purpose of business activities or profit, or acts for the purpose of preparation thereof.
6. Acts that infringe on the city's copyright or other intellectual property rights.
7. Acts aimed at political or religious activities.
8. Acts that promote discrimination or discrimination based on race, ideology, creed, etc.
9. Acts that damage the honor or credibility of a third party or the city.
10. Acts that promote false or untrue content or mere rumors.
11. Acts that harm privacy, such as identifying, disclosing, or leaking personal information without the consent of the person.
12. Acts that violate or threaten to violate the privacy, etc. of third parties.
13. Acts of using or providing harmful programs such as computer viruses, or acts that are likely to do so.
14. Other acts that violate laws, cabinet orders, ministerial orders, or ordinances, or acts that are likely to violate them.
15. Other acts that the City deems inappropriate.
