About the Handling of My Number Cards
If you have an Individual Number Card (My Number Card) when you move out of the country, you will need to return it, so be sure to bring it with you. After the procedure for moving out, the Individual Number Card (My Number Card) will expire, but in order to be able to confirm your Individual Number (My Number Card) even after you move out, we will return it with a statement on the card that you have returned it due to moving overseas.
If you move into Japan again, you will use the same individual number, but you will not be able to use your previous My Number card, so please apply for reissuance.
