3/9 – 5/6 Museum Exhibition: “Researching Odaka’s Nature”
The Minamisoma Museum is holding a special exhibition called “Researching Odaka’s Nature.”
Up until now, there had been no comprehensive survey of nature in Odaka, including geology, fossils, flora, and fauna, and there were many unknowns about how flora and fauna lived and grew after the 2011 earthquake. We will introduce the results of research into Odaka’s nature conducted by our museum from 2016 to 2022, covering the area’s topography, fossils, animals, and plant life.

Exhibition Period
3/9 (Sat) to 5/6 (Mon, holiday)
Closed Days
Every Monday
However, the museum will be open on 4/29 (Mon, holiday) 5/6 (Mon, holiday). In exchange, it will be closed on 4/30 (Tues).
Entrance Fee
General: 400 yen (350 yen)
High school student: 200 yen (150 yen)
ES/JHS student: 100 yen (80 yen)
Note: The entrance fee for permanent exhibits is included.
