(6/1-9/18) Museum Mini Theme Corner: Nomaoi Art

The mini theme corner is set up in a portion of the regular exhibition area.

This display is regularly changed out.

Nomaoi is nearly upon us once again this year (7/29-7/31/2023).

The museum is currently has a “Nomaoi Art 2023” display in its mini theme corner, with creations by artists connected to the So-So area.

These pieces express feelings of a shepherd’s song in a scene of horseback warriors walking along rice paddy roads, the emotional uplift surging through the festival grounds, and the energetic feeling of a horse and its rider becoming a single being.
