Elderly Welfare Center

The Minamisoma City Elderly Welfare Center (Odaka Elderly Welfare Center) is a relaxing facility that can be easily used mainly by the elderly to create a sense of purpose, but can also be used by anyone over the age of 18. We also have health equipment (massage machines, etc.) and karaoke, etc., so please come visit us.

<About the Haramachi Elderly Welfare Center>

The Haramachi Elderly Welfare Center, located in Kitamachi, Haramachi-ku, was abolished on March 31^st, 2020 due to relocation and rebuilding. From now on, please use Minamisoma City Health and Welfare Center Yuratto (Ogawa-cho, Haramachi-ku), which opened on April 1^st, 2020.

9:00am to 5;00pm (bath hours from 10:00am to 3:00pm)

Every Sunday, holiday, and December 28^th to January 3^rd.

(NOTE) The facility may be subject to temporary closures.

• “Others” refers to those under the age of 60 in the city and those who do not have an address in the city.
• Those under 18 years of age cannot use the rooms.

<For those who have a disability certificate>

• The training room and bathing room are free of charge for those who have a physical disability certificate, rehabilitation certificate, or mental disability certificate.
• The basic facility fee will be free if more than half of the users have disabilities and are exempt. However, it is not free when used for commercial or business purposes.
• If you do not provide the disability certificate when using the service, you will not be exempted.
• Only one companion who cares for the person with the following disability certificate is free of charge. [Physical disability certificate level 1, rehabilitation certificate type level 1, mentally handicapped person health and welfare certificate with disability grade 1]
