Disaster Information Sharing System (LINE)
Example of the Disaster Information Sharing System Map
The city has introduced a disaster information sharing system that collects and provides disaster information using the free communication app LINE in the event of natural disasters such as heavy rains or typhoons.
As part of the disaster information sharing system, citizens will be asked to use their smartphones to provide location information of damaged places such as flooding in buildings or roads, etc., as well as photos showing the situation. The information provided is anonymized and can be visually confirmed on the map.
Registration for the Disaster Information Sharing System
- Please scan the QR code and add the city account as a friend. Or you can find the account and add it as a friend manually by searching for “@minamiso-ma”. If you are checking from a smartphone, you can also add it as a friend from http://lin.ee/l3Rv3ID.
- After you add the account as a friend, you will receive a message. After reading the terms and conditions, tap the “agree to terms and conditions” button (規約に同意して利用を開始する).
- Registration is now complete. In order to share disaster information, tap the “disaster information registration” button (災害情報登録). To check the surrounding disaster information, tap the "view report on map" button (報告を地図でみる) and follow the instructions.
